Located in the heart of downtown Kuala Lumpur inside an iconic and historical landmark that has been revived as a cultural community hub – the legendary Rex cinema is now home to an ultra-cool and maze-like BookXcess outlet.
Designed to create an immersive space that has many secret corners where one can get lost amongst towering floor-to-ceiling shelves filled with amazing books.
BookXcess REXKL will take you on a journey that will evoke a myriad of emotions. It’s an architectural space like no other that aims to reimagine the perception of retail forever! Specially curated artworks from several Malaysian and Indonesian artists adorn the walls of the bookstore that are also available for purchase.
