COOX Launches Flagship Glo Damansara Location To Meet Strong Market Demand

Cloud kitchen brand COOX held their Grand Launch ceremony today to officiate their flagship store at Glo Damansara mall in TTDI, offering over 4,500 sq. ft. of fully renovated and equipped cloud kitchen space, to provide F&B brands of all sizes with a platform to build and scale their business despite ongoing market challenges.

Officiated by COOX co-founder and former Minister of Youth and Sports YB Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman, the grand launch ceremony was attended by business leaders and VVIPs including Taylor’s Group President of TEG Assets Sheena Angelina, Berjaya Group Senior Business Development Manager Christina Thong, pitchIN CEO Sam Shafie, WORQ co-founder & CEO Stephanie Ping and more.

Renovation for an additional fourth lot was recently completed, adding 1,000 sq. ft. Of cloud kitchen space, housing 7 new kitchen suites and bringing the total number of kitchens to 26 units. COOX, Glo Damansara enjoys the highest occupancy among cloud kitchens in the Klang Valley, with an occupancy rate of 80% and steadily rising.

This flagship location is home to a diverse array of F&B operators, ranging from startups and expanding homegrown brands, to well-established international names like Cold Stone Creamery, The Manhattan FISH MARKET, NY Steak Shack and many more.

Forging Ahead With Expansion

“We are happy to have the opportunity to work with like-minded corporate partners like Glomac Berhad, which has helped make our flagship location here at Glo Damansara such a success,” said COOX co-founder and CEO Ken Lee.

“By leveraging on the combined industry network of our five (5) co-founders, we are gearing up to replicate this model with our second Klang Valley location at Taylor's University’s Lakeside Campus in Subang Jaya, which will be operational in H1 2022 and is open for registration starting today,” said Mr. Lee.


At the grand launch ceremony, Mr. Lee also announced the arrival of the COOX native mobile app, available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, making it more convenient for customers to order their favourite meals for delivery, self-pickup, or dine-in at their open-air dining area.

COOX’s ambition is to first expand to 10 cloud kitchens in Klang Valley, offering a platform for F&B operators and business owners to leverage on their affordable kitchen spaces and offer Malaysians more F&B choices.
